Scope of Services
Standard (weekly or biweekly) cleaning includes:
- Kitchen surfaces & appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms: sinks, tubs, toilets, mirrors
- Floors vacuumed & mopped
- General dusting & wiping of surfaces
- Trash removal
- Light disinfecting of high-touch areas
Most first-time visits are scheduled as deep cleans to get the home to a maintenance level.

Move-Out Pricing Add-On:
We offer a thorough move-out clean service priced at +$100 on top of the base deep-clean rate. Includes:
- Complete kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/living areas
- Inside cabinets, appliances (fridge/oven included if requested)
- Non ladder window cleaning (at $10/window)
- Wipe-down of any walls or surfaces in the unit
