We provide commercial & residential remodeling services to Lansing and Ithaca, NY.

We provide free quotes for simple jobs involving up to 2 spaces or trades. We can give a ballpark rough order of magnitude price for repairs, though these repairs are performed hourly. For large complex projects, we charge hourly for those estimates.

When working with a new customer interested in repairs, we send over a contract to be signed and then dispatch a worker to do that repair. We meet for improvements and design/build projects to determine the scope of work, send pricing within a week of meeting, and then execute a contract and deposit with terms and conditions. Then, we get started on the project!

Repairs are $70 per man-hour. If the project goes into the third day, we can lower the rate to $60 per man-hour for the subsequent days. Roofing repairs are $80 an hour. To learn more about pricing for our residential and commercial remodeling, please give us a call!
