We are also an Environmental Protection Agency Lead-Safe certified firm and have partnered with Energy Star to offer environmentally conscious construction solutions.

One of our main priorities when working with customers is ensuring you feel comfortable. Not only do we want you to trust us when it comes to decision-making, but we want you to feel that you can come to us with any problem during the remodeling process. Communicating before and during the renovation is pretty easy because we interact daily. Still, our main concern is that you will be completely satisfied with the job after completing our work. This is where the No Worries Warranty comes into play; we have designed a unique One-Year-Plus Limited Warranty that goes above and beyond the local industry standard.

 

We promise that even after the standard One-Year Warranty has expired, we will be available for problem consultations for another full year free of charge! We ensure that all work is done right the first time, but if there is a problem with any installation relating to our work, we will correct it at no cost to you.

  • Estimates and pricing are only good for 30 days.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • We do not warrant roof repairs; we only offer complete new roofing systems.
  • We communicate and make decisions with whose name is on the contract only.
  • Scheduling and project duration are sometimes challenging, and we reserve the right to alter those to lead to project success.
  • At the end of a project, we offer the customer one opportunity to identify and list changes and corrections. This is the punch list portion of the project. We do not have the customer identify something. We come out and do it and then determine something, and we come out again and do it. Then they identify something, and we come out and do it. One list. One time.
