Leadership and Teambuilding Skills Enhancement Course

As part of our mission to give back to the Tompkins County community, ASI Renovations and Cornell Team and Leadership Center sponsored a day of fun and learning for the benefit of the members of the Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce and Ithaca Forward. On the day of the event, members of the Tompkins Chamber of Commerce, Ithaca Forward [iF], and ASI Renovations participated in the leadership and team building skills enhancement course at Cornell University’s Ropes Course in Dryden. During this event, the participants learned valuable tips and tools to improve employee team spirit and workplace morale through the teamwork fostered amongst the participants. Activities included scaling 30 ft trees, balancing on a tightrope 20 ft above the ground, and at the end of the day, there was a BBQ where the participants got a chance to mingle and network. Everyone had a great time at the course while learning new leadership and team building skills.
